Our main priority here at the Glenn School is the growth and achievement of our students. We focus our energies on providing a safe and nurturing environment necessary to facilitate the academic, social, and emotional growth of every child.

Many of the special programs held at the Glenn School are aimed at providing opportunities for parents to take an active role in their child's education. We believe that in order to fully support a child's academic success, parents need to take an active role in the educational process. Parent and community involvement is strongly encouraged at the Glenn School. The Home and School Association is an organization that emphasizes parents and teachers working together to meet the needs of our children. Other organizations and committees, such as the School Site Council, offer community members the opportunity to become involved in decision-making processes and to be part of the Glenn Family.

We want our students to experience success- a success that comes from the accomplishment of high expectations. At the same time we want to foster a positive feeling about the school, making Glenn School an enjoyable, exciting experience. To meet the needs of our students, we offer opportunities to become involved in instrumental music, choir, band, safety patrol, our annual art show, gym show, school spirit days, and field day activities. In addition, Honor Roll, Principal's List, Glenn's Greatest, and Lunch with the Principal exist to recognize student accomplishments.
