About Us:

Kemp ISD, located on the picturesque shores of Cedar Creek Lake,  is  45 miles Southeast of Dallas in Kaufman County and spans over 150 square miles.  Kemp ISD is a 45 minute drive to downtown Dallas and a 60 minute drive to Tyler.

Kemp ISD is comprised of 5 campuses, including: Kemp Primary School (EC-2), Kemp Intermediate School (3-5), Kemp Junior High School (6-8), Kemp High School (9-12) and an alternative campus.

The District enrollment is 1500 students throughout the 5 campuses.

Kemp I.S.D. meets standards in the TEA rating system.
