Kilough's Vision:

 Is to give the world compassion, comfort and care in Christ. Compassion is that part of love which calls for action. Comfort is produced by the Holy Spirit assuring us of a solution for our difficulty through Christ. Care is the result of compassion and comfort working through the population of the church.
