Kindness of Strangers is a fund established through  Family Support Services and the Special Education department of the Wicomico County Board of Education. KOS assists families in purchasing therapeutic and/or adaptive supplies for their children with special needs. Check out the upcoming Kindness of Stranger's 3rd Annual Courageous Christopher 5K Run, Walk & Stroller Strut that will take place on May 15, 2010.
