To help children reach their highest academic and social potential by continuously improving our learning/teaching environment, equipping children with a solid foundation for high school and beyond.
We therefore commit to:

- Provide resources for professional staff development;
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to reinforce and enhance strategies for learning and growing.

8. To be a successful district we need to plan for our future, be pro-active in the present, and continually self assess our effectiveness.
