We desire to know God, and we believe that God has been made known through Jesus Christ.  Have you ever read the gospels in the New Testament? That is the best way to get to know Jesus. And we think that if you get to know Jesus, you will love Him. 

We love God, because he loved us enough to send his son, Jesus, into the world as a sacrifice for our sins. True love is based in the knowledge that God is the beginning of all love.  1 John 4:8-12 reads:

He who does not love does not know God; for God is love. In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.  In this is love, not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the expiation for our sins.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.  No man has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is completed in us.

Because God's Love is completed when we love one another, we desire to share the knowledge and love of Jesus with others...including you.
