We have a standard list of core products being planted and are open to suggestions for specific organic vegetables when the seeds are availalble.

Liberty Farms is located close to Portland in Cumberland off of Route 100. We are growing organic vegetables for the 2009 season including cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, arugula, califlower, snap peas, carrots, beets, swiss chard, melons, summer squash, bush beans all grown in organic soil with organic seeds from Johnnie's Seeds of Maine. We will supply local restaurants, caterers, farmers markets and small specialty meat markets and seafood markets. Next year we will grow to order for local chefs who can place orders up to three moths in advance. We welcome young agriculture students as harvestors and packers.
