Life Renewal Institute's seminars and self-help products are based on the psychological philosophies - and personal experiences - of Drs. Ron and Nancy Rockey. From large-scale weekend seminars, to self-motivated peer groups led by facilitators, to books, DVDs and CDs you can use on an individual basis, the philosophies and methodologies of LRI are grounded in modern psychology.

The self-healing concepts of the Life Renewal Institute can help you understand the emotional wounds that are undermining your personal fulfillment and your relationships with others, and help you feel more connected with your own feelings - and more connected with other people - than ever before. LRI's programs are tailored for adults and teens, married couples or singles, personal or professional enhancement. Small, gender-specific peer groups can be coordinated by facilitators who are simply members of the group. No prior training is required for anyone to be a facilitator.

Drs. Ron and Nancy Rockey are a vibrant couple who use their personal experiences of childhood wounds, marital pain, emotional healing and graduate education to benefit others.

Ron is an ordained and experienced clergyman. Nancy is an RN. Each holds a M.Ed., specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Ph.D. in Clinical Pastoral Counseling.

They prefer to work in a classroom setting, where life-changing knowledge can be imparted to an interested audience. The Rockeys' unique style includes team lecturing, interacting with each other and modeling healthy conflict resolution.

The seminars they teach are 12-18 hours in length, and are usually held on a weekend. They travel internationally to teach and to acquaint others with their follow-up programs, designed for small, gender-specific groups. These are taught by video and include the use of individual workbooks and a sharing process.
