Lifescape Community Services is the largest agency serving the needs of older adults in northwestern Illinois.

Our mission is to promote independent living and enhance the quality of life for individuals. We do this by providing affordable nutrition and other services, with an emphasis on the aging population.

Simply put, Lifescape wants older adults to remain independent and enjoy life for as long as they can. Our programs, Nutrition Services, SeniorAssist, Adult Day Services and Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), assist older adults in doing just that. From delivering Meals on Wheels to helping older adults save money with their bills or placing them as a volunteer with a local non-profit agency to providing a safe haven of care during the day, these programs give individuals a feeling of accomplishment and a sense of purpose, while keeping them productive and participating members of society- something we all want to remain.
