Lindon Elementary's Parents are extremely supportive of our school. They attend in large numbers to Back to School Night, parent conferences (SEP's), school plays, and other school activities. They contribute greatly to school fund raisers, and other school needs. We have a very good P.T.A.!
Lindon Teachers attend lots of inservice classes to improve their instruction.
We are a Centennial School 1995 - 2000.
Lindon uses the Student Education Plan conferences.
Lindon has a computer lab with imac computers. Many of the teachers have more than two computers in their room. Every teacher has a laptop computer for personal use, along with internet access, and email. The building is networked with ethernet cabling and we are part of the district wide area network.
Our school is moving to wireless connections for I-Book Mobile Karts to move from one classroom to another throughout each day. These mobile karts will give students opportunities to use the computers more and learn how to use technology to enhance their learning processes.
Our school currently has about five hundred and thirty students.
