We,of the Marcus Whitman School Community, are committed to developing responsible, productive and caring citizens. We strive each day through personal involvement to make our school a place where each student, as an important individual, can pursue his/her highest potential by acquiring the academic, creative and social skills necessary in an ever changing world.

Guidelines for Action:
The Marcus Whitman School Board believes it has a responsibility to the residents of the District to provide leadership in the field of public education. To that end, the School Board pledges its commitment to these nine “Guidelines for Action” designed to help direct the District along a road leading to excellence in education for our children.
