About Us

To grow a healthy church, we must be intentional in our ministry. It is important that ministries of the church be designed for effective winning of the lost, building of the saints and the sending of disciples. The goal of the church in this regard is to develop a well-balanced ministry that can minister to individuals at various levels of spiritual maturity and interest. Each of these, when done well will glorify the Lord.

The role of church leadership is to assure the church is ever-faithful in seeking the Lord’s direction and distinctives for its ministry.

It is important that each member of a local body of Christ realize the strategy of ministry and purposes of the church. When a congregation is functioning as a healthy organism, it is designed (by its Creator) to grow. It is the role of the church leadership, to communicate the vision of the church, and to work together with the leaders to assure that the ministries and endeavors of the church are in agreement with the stated purpose.
