M.E.S. officially opened in 1993 and it was housed in a wing of Marlton Middle School. Marlton Middle School opened in 1976 it has undergone one major renovation in 1996 which included a special wing for ONLY elementary students. During the 2000-2001 school year we moved to our new building which is located right in front of Marlton Middle. The school officially opened on October 16th, 2000. The new building is two stories. We also have a bell tower above the main entrance.

Marlton Elementary is the newest elementary school in the district. Our students come from Briarwood (two short minutes away), Marlton Lakes, Little Mill Acres, and many homes in between. Our school has many exciting assemblies and special programs for our students to enjoy. Some programs are Parent Day, in which parents get to visit their children, Grandparents Day, Sock-Hop, Candy Bar Bingo, etc. We have many clubs such as: Drama, Chess, Chorus, Computer club, Yearbook club, Art club, Sports club and Homework club.

Our school lunches are fun and healthy. They consist of: Chicken nuggets, Spaghetti, Tacos, etc. They are different every week. We have a Snack bar with such things as: Tasty cakes, Soft pretzels, Twix, Ice cream, etc. We also have a Lunchroom Coupon System where we can redeem our coupons for lots of different prizes.Our school is very enjoyable and is a great environment for the teachers and students. Our teachers are always ready to help out with problems or just talk about things happening around school.
