Martin County Community Health Center opened on June 29, 2009.  The health center is located near the junction of Highway 645 and Route 3 in Martin County, Kentucky.  The facility has state-of-the-art equipment and an exceptional health care team.  The staff at Martin County Community Health Center is pleased to have the opportunity to meet the health care needs of the residents of Martin County and the surrounding area.
