About Us:

Founded 1992, the club is the lead organizer of the Mechanicsville Christmas Parade.  The club also works with the Hanover Sheriff's Department to provide Thanksgiving Baskets for the needy, provides Teacher of the Year Awards, has helped build a Habitat House, and provides Scholarships to High School students.

In addition, the club promotes an Aviation Career Day and raises money at it's Casino Night for Hanover Safe Place to help prevent and raise awareness of domestic and sexual violence violence.

A Foreign Exchange program through Rotary International rounds out the clubs activities locally and globally.

The Rotary Club of Mechanicsville meets on Wednesday mornings, 7:30am at O'Banks Cafe.

The hour-long meetings typically include breakfast and a speaker.  Visiting Rotarians are invited to make-up missed meetings away from their own club with the Mechanicsville Club.
