Due to the increased demand, we've expanded our CSA for 2011. Send us an email to get your name added to the list. We have some of our 2011 CSA crop list published on our website. Turkeys and geese have sold out for 2011. There are still some CSA and egg shares left.
A full share is approximately 1 bushel of produce and is enough for a family of 4-5. We grow mostly the vegetables that you are familiar with and use regularly. But we do add a couple of the more exotic vegetables for you to try. We also grow a selection of herbs and spices. All items are offered a la carte in the shares. When there is a bumper crop, you are offered the extra produce for canning and freezing.
