We are a "truly" small, Certified Organic 2 acre farm in the Alsea Valley, tucked in amongst the Coastal Range. Although we are certified by Oregon Tilth, we will continue to strive to go beyond the USDA Organic NOP guidelines!!! Being organic is more than just a word, a movement, a fad to us. We are in this for very personal reasons. Mostly, because our child was born with a major birth defect due to pesticide exposure.Some farms have transitioned to organic just soley for profit reasons. Good, but not great. (Did they just discover/acknowledge synthetic chemicals are bad for us/the environment, Hello DDT! This knowledge has been around for years) Did they just grow a conscience overnight!? We think if you are going to do it, do it right! Anyhow, I will get off my soap box (for now).

There will be at least $20-25.00 worth of produce in each box a week. We will try to offer trade items each week for members that might like that option. You will only receive number 1 grade in quality, unlike some other farms that save their best for market or wholesale. Any "number 2" grades will be donated to the Alsea Gleaners! Deliveries will be on Wednsdays or Saturdays to Lincoln County residents. For Linn-Benton residents, please call. Eat nothing but the best!
