Mission:
The Monmouth Festival of the Arts, a committee of Monmouth Reform Temple, was established in 1970 and has as its mission to:
• provide a unique, professionally managed and designed juried showcase at which the fine art work of many artists is exhibited and sold.
• create a collaboration among artists, schools, businesses, community organizations and Monmouth Reform Temple through its volunteers, to organize and implement a successful community arts program.
• encourage learning by providing arts-related educational programs for students, educators, artists, and the community at large.
• provide an easily accessible and affordable cultural opportunity serving the greater Monmouth County community and visitors from the tri-state area.
• nurture human artistic expression, and share that voice with the community at large
This program has been made possible in part by the Monmouth County Arts Council through funding from the Monmouth Board of Chosen Freeholders, through the County Historical Commission, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
