Morongo Basin CERT are volunteers dedicated to supporting their neighbors and community in the case of a disaster until professional help can arrive.  We offer free Emergency Preparedness Courses in the Spring and the Fall to prepare the individual for a disaster.  We meet the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Yucca Valley Elks Lodge, rear building.  Short abbreviated classes in small fire suppression, emergency first aid and injured limb transport are also available for smaller groups upon request  Information is available on our website at morongobasincert.org or from the Training Coordinator at [email protected].
