In teaching and applying the principles of knowing God personally and sharing biblical truth.In reclaiming and rebuilding by helping individuals change from the inside to the outside.That as Christians we are accountable to God, the church, and one another.That we are called to minister to the needy, the hurt, the Christians and the non-believers so God's Kingdom will grow.

Mount Zion Baptist Church is a fellowship of believers whose mission is to know God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and equip believers through discipleship in proclaiming the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the Baptist faith. To maintain worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings.
