Alpine Family Medicine in Alpine is one of five community health clinics operated by Mountain Health & Community Services (MHCS). Our Alpine clinic is a comprehensive health center dedicated to taking care of the whole person with adult medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, chiropractic with x-ray & lab services on site.  We also offer a sliding fee scale for the unisured and accept most insurances.
