About Us

We are all brought into this world because of a relationship. The only thing we will take out of this world is a relationship. In the time between birth and death it seems logical to me that our emphasis should be on relationships. God thought they were so important that He sent His son Jesus Christ to rescue us from a life of pain, torment and loneliness.

Needville Community Church is associated with the Assemblies of God. We believe that the Bible is God's absolute Word and that it tells us of a wonderful relationship we can have with the creator of all things. We are people just like you living day to day, doing our best to love God and love others. We have a wonderful nursery, exciting children's and youth ministry, contemporary and traditional worship and ministry to adults of all ages. We believe in being part of the community. You will find us participating in many activities, such as the Community-Wide Vacation Bible School, Family Friday in the Park, 4th of July Celebration, A Country Christmas, Needville Youth Festival and much more. Our philosophy is how can we touch people with God's love if we don't have a relationship with them.
