The New Castle Community Advisory Board serves the residents, businesses, institutions and organizations along and surrounding the Delaware Route 9 corridor including but not limited to the communities of Simonds Garden, Dunleith, Oakmont, Overview Gardens, Rosegate, Rose Hill, Mansion Park, Mayview Manor, Arbor Place, Hamilton Park.  It is our mission to provide our community with services and resources needed to elminate the root causes of poverty and the stablization of the family unit.
