Jaycees have been providing networking and leadership development in Delaware since 1939 for young professionals that are in the 18-40 age bracket and dedicated toward skill development while helping the community.  We analyze the communities biggest needs and develop sustainable solutions through projects.  Involvement in this organization has a major side effect of becoming a highly experienced community leader and professional.
