Organized for the purpose of advancing and promoting the commercial, industrial, professional, agricultural, cultural and civic welfare of the citizens of New Ulm and the surrounding areas.

The Chamber of Commerce has an Awards Banquet on the 4th Saturday in January and is now sponsoring an Arts Festival which is held on the last Saturday in April.
