Mission

The mission of Niota Elementary School, where diversity is recognized and respected, is to develop life-long learners that possess the knowledge and skills to be productive citizens by effectively providing challenging learning opportunities in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Vision

Looking toward the future, the faculty and students of Niota Elementary School will work collaboratively to produce students who are well-rounded, upstanding citizens of our community. Teachers will use multifaceted approaches to teaching in order to ensure that all students learn to the best of their ability. In addition, teachers will continue to further their education and will strive to stay current on educational practices. All parents will take an active role in their child’s education. Students will take pride in our school and will value their education. All students will become technologically proficient and will apply this knowledge to all areas of their lives. Most importantly all teachers, parents, students, and members of the community will strive to work cooperatively to foster an environment of learning which ensures the success of all students.
