Our mission: Walking Together - Sharing Christ

The word "synod" comes from the Greek word for "a way together; to walk together." As Lutheran travelers on a baptismal journey from birth to eternal life with Jesus Christ, we walk a path of common faith. In our congregations and as individual members of our communities, we go forth into the world sharing a wonderful story ­ the message of the redeeming love and grace of Jesus Christ. As congregations and leaders walk together, we nurture, challenge and learn from one another. We grow in faith and love and in our commitment to God¹s amazing people and world.
