Welcome to Oak Ridge ARP Church! We are a congregation dedicated to sharing, teaching, serving, and praising in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ! We are a member of the Catawba Presbytery of the General Synod of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, the oldest Presbyterian Denomination in America. We extend a cordial welcome to all. History :
Oak Ridge Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church started in 1939, in a small school house across the road from the current building. Sabbath School and preaching services were held a number of years before official founding in 1939. Oak Ridge grew as a mission church from the Pleasant Hill Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, located just a few miles down the road. Under the leadership of the Rev. James Leroy Maloney, the church began.
