About Us:
The Oakville School District has a student population of approximately 220 students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 and serves all students on a unified campus. The staff includes over 40 qualified and experienced certificated and classified individuals who are committed to providing the best educational opportunities to a diverse student population. The school district consists of one elementary (grades K-6) and one middle/high school (grades 7-12). Voters in the Oakville community have a long history of supporting school levies and bonds. 82% of our students come from low-income families and are eligible for free breakfast and lunch. These demographics make our district a Title I district, which means we receive special funding geared towards certain programs and services. Approximately 20% of our students receive Special Education services.
Our district maintains close ties and working relationships with The Chehalis Tribe. Over 35% of our students are Native American. Our neighboring school districts are Rochester and Elma.
