The Osceola School District is committed to providing an equal opportunity in its educational programs that assures each student of attaining the level of knowledge, skills, ideals, values, and attitudes necessary to achieve the greatest personal development possible. Every student must be taught and provided the opportunity to think logically and creatively, to analyze and solve problems, to communicate clearly and effectively and to apply mathematic and scientific skills. The district shall develop within the school board members, administrators, teachers, and staff the belief that ALL students, given the expectation and equitable opportunity, will achieve academic success.
