Owasso Pet Festival Will Be Held On Saturday.

The Owasso Pet Festival is an annual pet adoption and wellness event organized by Owasso Animal Control.  It is held in October to celebrate ’Adopt A Shelter Dog’ month, and to bring awareness to the wonderful pets that are available for adoption through the Owasso Animal Shelter and local animal rescue groups.
