Mission Statement

The Panhandle Public Library Cooperative System, consisting of Calhoun, Holmes, Jackson and Washington county public libraries, provides access to the internet, library materials and programs to assist all citizens in meeting their recreational, informational, cultural and lifelong learning needs.
