Mission:
Parowan High School will empower students with an understanding of citizenship, service, accountability, and life-long learning
Motto:
Reaching Higher to Make a Positive Difference
About Us:
Parowan High School was founded in 1916 with 45 students in attendance. Today, the Iron County School District has approximately 7700 total students in grades K - 12. Parowan High School, the smallest high school in the district, educates students in grades 7 - 12. The average graduating class is about 60 students. We have 23 faculty members on staff. Being a small school, many of our students are involved in numerous extracurricular activities all year long. We feel this is an advantage to the student because they have such a well-rounded experience before they graduate.
