About Us:

We provide care to all ages including acute illnesses and urgent care, wellness and preventative medicine exams, childhood and adult immunization, many office procedures, inpatient care at Pioneer Community Hospital of Patrick County.  Although we no longer provide prenatal care, we offer well women exams, sonography, and colposcopy.  We also serve Blue Ridge Nursing Center and The Landmark Assisted Living Center.  We try to provide most medical services that you need here in your community.  When referral is appropriate, we do our best to find the right specialist for you while providing your medical information to him/her and providing a medical home for your various records.  By prevention and coordination, we can stretch your health care dollars.
