PEAC's mission is "supporting initiatives and promoting partnerships that enable Ashtabula County schools to achieve excellence.

PEAC acts as a liaison between area businesses, industry, private sector individuals and the education community who are looking to share both knowledge and resources with students in Ashtabula County schools. As a diverse stakeholder group, PEAC is committed to supporting and partnering with educators, parents, businesses and community leaders to implement a model for Performance Excellence.

PEAC appreciates the continued generous support of the Civic Development Corporation, the Ashtabula Foundation, the Robert S. Morrison Foundation and Friends of PEAC, as well as other community and regional organizations.
