Our Chamber of Commerce was established this year 2006. While we are not very old, we are very enthusiastic about the value it can bring to the County with the cooperation of all our businesses and residents working together to enrich our economic and cultural growth.

Pat Vanden Bosche was chosen as the first Executive Director of the Chamber of Commerce. Her office is currently in the Perry County Development Center. The plans are for the new Welcome Center to be built on Main Street, across from City Hall in Linden.

Many folks have asked about the new Welcome Center. Yes, we are going to build it, and it will be a place where visitors, businesses and residents alike can come to find out what is going on in our County. We hope to be in our new Center by Christmas 2006.
