Pettibone Creek Farm
We're excited to be starting our 3rd year here at our/your micro-farm, as we welcome back our returning customers, as well as several new members! We hope that we filled everyone's expectations last year and look forward to doing so again by making a few adjustments to provide more of certain vegetables. Every year we experiment with new varieties and this year we intend to offer a beautiful white eggplant that was absolutely delicious. This year we'll be using about 80% Heirloom seed. This is a slight drop from last year to allow us to experiment with several different tomato varieties. There will always be something new that we're experimenting with and if they prove themselves and are bountiful enough we will of course pass them on to all of you.
