We currently have openings for the 2011 season. We offer our 16 week CSA share and discounted Market Dollars to our CSA members. Our CSA share begins during the height of summer - mid July and ends in late October. Market dollars is an opportunity to supplement the CSA box with fresh produce of your choice any week during the market season, mid June-late October. CSA members can purchase increments of $50 of credit at a 10 percent discount towards purchases at our market stand at the South Shore Farmers Market in Bay View on Saturday mornings and at our new on-farm market stand on Saturdays.

Our share size is a medium size that is slightly smaller than the size of most CSA shares in the Milwaukee area. We are hoping we found the recipe for just the right amount of food for single people, couples and busy families.Upick strawberries, snap peas and tomatoes are a CSA member only benefit

We have a 21 acre farm in the Metropolitan area of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 20 minutes from Downtown. Besides serving our CSA members, we sell our produce at the South Shore Farmers Market in Bay View and at our new on farm stand from late June through mid October and at the Milwaukee County Winter Farmers Market in the Tommy Thompson Youth Center (www.mcwfm.org) in November and December. We also sell to a few area restaurants. Driven by the taste of our produce we offer many heirloom varieties in addition to time-tested hybrids, grown using sustainable agricultural practices. We also work to increase the biodiversity of our farm both on the land and in the soil because we believe this not only makes for a healthier environment but healthier food as well.

Pick up at the farm is on Wednesday from 3-7, but because the boxes are stored in our walk in cooler, we can keep them longer which works well for members needing a more flexible pick up time
