About Us:

The first library in Poy Sippi was located on the second floor of the old Poy Sippi school. When the old school was replaced, the library moved to its present location in the former first and second grade classrooms.

The Poy Sippi Library is a vital and free community resource, providing everyone in the community opportunities to explore, discover, learn, grow, and dream. Its mission is to promote literacy, advance lifelong learning, and contribute to the development of an active and informed community of citizens. The Poy Sippi Library strives to maintain an awareness of new developments in this age of information. When feasible, the Library makes an effort to implement new technology and services in ways that make them equally available and accessible to all citizens in our area.
