ProjectFREE is a 501c3 non-profit  comprehensive multi-service agency; programs include: Real Life Academy. Artisan Entrepreneurial Program, RisingSTARZ  Performing Arts Program, Free2Rock Band  Academy, Supported Employment, and recreational services for adults 18 and up with developmental and Intellectual disabilities. Our varied programs  promote independence, increased self-awareness and confidence while offering participant opportunities to make friends and develop personal interests.RisingSTARZ Theater Group is a FREE Performing Arts program whose mission is to p rovide oppertunities to experience live community theater to the best of your abilities, perform to sold out shows and standing ovations,  ProjectFREE accepts Med - Wavier and Non - Wavier Clients.

ProjectFREE's mission is to implement an all-inclusive ENTREPRENEUR program in Pinellas County that generates opportunities for people with diverse abilities by creating and implementing programs such as ProjectFREE’s ARTISAN ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM, their Performing Arts, and our Free2Rock Music Rock Band Music Program.  All of these programs are a part of the Adult Day Training Program. These programs create purpose, promote health and fitness, self-sufficiency, and activities that connect them to their community and improve the quality of their lives. Most exciting that this program not only supports our students but LOCAL ARTISTS as well. 25 artist have come together to make this valuable program happen. Students receive 100% profit from each art piece they sell.  Students art work can be purchased at ProjectFREE Gallery, 2825 Beach Blvd  located in the Historic Arts District in Gulfport.
