We farm so that we can share the bounty and beauty of the earth with our family, friends and community. We begin the season with asparagus, rhubarb- maybe morels!-and right through to pumpkins in late October. We may include apples, berries, and grapes, along with vegetables. We encourage members to share recipes or participate in preserving, cooking and baking workshops. Worker shares are available-please inquire. We usually have extra tomatoes and squash.

Our small organic pasture-based dairy also has grass-fed beef, chicken and pork for sale directly to you by the cut, box, quarter, half or whole. We sell our organic milk to Cedar Grove Cheese. We offer our produce at the Farmers Markets in Baraboo, Portage and Wis. Dells. We are excited to offer CSA shares in the spring of 2010. We are seeking interns who would like to learn rotational grazing, hoophouse season extension, and how to produce quality milk from healthy cows.
