Rocky Mountain Hospice provides quality end of life care for people with life-limiting illnesses. It is a non-profit agency which promotes open discussions for all care options and supports the patient's choice. Rocky Mountain Hospice assists patients and their loved ones throughout this important stage of life.

Eligibilty is based on an individual having a life-limiting illness with an estimated life expectancy of six months or less.  There is a treatment goal of comfort rather than aggressive treatment of the life-limiting condition.  Payment for services can be made by Medicare, Medicaid, health insurances, private pay, and grants and private donations.
