We believe God has placed us here, at this particular time, to serve God and to acknowledge Christ as the Son of God and our Savior who commanded: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.  This is the great and first commandment.  And a second is like it.  You shall love your neighbor as yourself.  

We live this out as we worship on Sunday, gather in small groups, pray for one another, and gather together for a variety of social activities.   Church activities include:  Easter Egg Hunt, Christmas Pageant, collecting Christmas gifts for disadvantaged children, Christmas dinner,  collection of donations for the Long Island Council of Churches' Food Pantry and other missions, joint Thanksgiving dinner with the Kalam church, June picnic, welcome back picnic in September, Mystery night show and dinner, mini-golf outing, and Christmas dinner.   

Worship services are held every Sunday, from 10:00 to 11:00 am., followed by a coffee/fellowship time.   We have special services for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (candlelight service), Palm Sunday and Easter.  Our church is handicap accessible and we provide child care and Sunday School during services.  Following services, a wonderful coffee hour is hosted by members of our congregation, with good food and great fellowship.
