The Rush Public Library cultivates intellectual growth by fostering equal and open access to books, technology, and community.

The Rush Public Library strives to provide access to materials and services from its own collection and from the Monroe County Library System, functioning as a community activity and information center. Special emphasis is placed upon popular materials for patrons, materials and programs for children and resources for independent living.
