It is the mission of Russellville Elementary to provide our students with a safe, caring, nurturing, and positive learning environment.

We will uphold high expectations of our learners while assisting each student to master the basic academic skills to the best of his/her ability.

We will guide them through the learning process enabling them to become lifelong learners, while acting as responsible, productive members of the global community.
