The Russian River Rodeo Association is proud of our western heritage and our history of producing rodeos for over 50 years along the beautiful Russian River. We have a dedicated group of volunteers that work hard to preserve our rodeo and small town way of life. We offer a friendly, family oriented atmosphere to all our visitors during our annual rodeo event – typically the 4th weekend in June.

During the past 50 years, our annual rodeo had moved several times to different locations along the Russian River valley, before finding it’s permanent home at “Bill Parmeter Field” due the generosity of the Parmeter family. The Russian River Rodeo Association leases the property from the Parmeter family for our annual rodeo and for other roping and riding events throughout the year, and we thank them for their continued dedication and support of the sport of rodeo.
