Sabin Harvest Days is a festival held in August when the community of Sabin gathers together, and we invite you and your family to enjoy our small-town hospitality. There are many attractions during Sabin Harvest Days, such as the pancake feed, street fair, inflatable games, parade, street dance, car and bike show, and the firemen water fights. With Sabin being located only 7 miles south of the Fargo-Moorhead area on Old Highway 52, a few days of fun is not so far away.
Sabin is well known as a farming community. Harvest time is important for the City of Sabin, the farmers, and our local area businesses. Scheel, a German immigrant, used the $300 he earned from that first harvest of potatoes as the down payment on the first Scheels Hardware and General Store in Sabin, Minnesota.
