To accomplish this mission,

- Raise funds for a wide variety of health and social services;
-stribute these funds effectively, based on the community's needs, to 42 local agencies providing services in St. Joseph County;
- Help develop and coordinate health and social programs;
- Serve as a central resource in planning and providing community-wide services; and
- Communicate with the public to broaden the understanding and knowledge of human service needs and the resources required to meet those needs.
