The mission of St. Paul Lutheran Church is to proclaim the abundant riches of Jesus Christ, Savior and Lord, that we may know Him and bring others to know Him as we share our blessings from God with others locally and globally.
History
St. Paul Lutheran Church has been affiliated with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod since 1895. The word "Synod" in Lutheran Church Missouri Synod comes from a Greek word that means "walking together".
We belong to the Nebraska District of our Synod, and together with eleven other sister congregations are part of the Hastings Circuit. Our congregation was first organized in Minden in June of 1878. This year St Paul will be celebrating its 130th year anniversary.
We are an evangelical church committed to sharing God's Word and helping people in all walks of life to know the Lord Jesus Christ and grow in faith and Christian service as ambassadors and friends of Christ.
We strive to keep Jesus Christ, the central, unifying theme of all our preaching, teaching, fellowship, mission, and service.
