Mission   
We are a family oriented, rural community of Christians involved in all parts of our catholic ministry striving to live according to the word of God through prayer and by loving and respecting our neighbors in an atmosphere of joyful living.

We do this by celebrating liturgy, caring for the poor, offering religious education (children), providing opportunities for parishoners to participate in all church activities, responding with God's love to all those in need and welcoming all who seek to worship God and live our faith with us.

Vision      
We envision meeting the needs of families, the Christian community, the poor, our geographical neighbors, children, those with spiritual needs, and all who seek to worship God at St. Rita's.

St. Rita's will be a nonjudgmental, comfortable and welcoming place. We will be open, responsive and accessible. Though we embrace the process of change to accommodate the future needs of the Community, we acknowledge that we are a parish in the Diocese of Tucson of the Roman Catholic Church with our foundation in scriptures and in the sacraments, especially the Eucharist.
